I like to watch VSauce because it is fun. I am probably never going to have any use in Learning the information and i am probably never going to talk about it in a conversation.

I also like free audio books for intellectual excercise. The channel have audiobooks from Arthur Schopenhauer ( he was an asshole and i don’t agree With what he says about women ). There are also books about sigmeun Freud i should listen to.
