Please note education in India is present in concurrent list of the constitution. Educational institue in India has to be a not-for-profit business (in the eyes of the government atleast). In order to run any educational institute you have to set up trust/society/Section 25 company. These organisations can then float educational institute. They can diversify their portfolio by making their presence in segments like K-12 (school education), Undergraduation (B.Tech, BBA, BCom etc.), Post Graduation (MBA, MTech, MA, LLM, MBBS, PhD etc.)
Example: Lala Lajpat Rai Education Society (Delhi/NCR)If you are looking for education service companies which provide support facilities. There are companies like Educomp Solutions, Visu International, Zee Learn (Part of Essel Group), Core Education, Career Point, Career Launcher, etc. (These are some of the listen companies in Bombay Stock Exchange).
